Cobalt-nanoparticle catalysts derived from zeolitic imidazolate framework@MXene composites for efficient oxidative self-coupling of benzylamines

摘要: In this study, we synthesize a catalyst comprising cobalt nanoparticles supported on MXene by pyrolyzing a composite in a N2 environment. Specifically, the composite comprises a bimetallic Zn/Co zeolitic imidazole framework grown in situ on the outer surface of MXene. The catalytic efficiency of the catalyst is tested for the self-coupling of 4-methoxybenzylamine to produce value-added imine, where atmospheric oxygen (1 atm) is used as the oxidant. Based on the results, the catalyst displayed impressive catalytic activity, achieving 95.4% yield of the desired imine at 383 K for 8 h. Furthermore, the catalyst showed recyclability and tolerance toward benzylamine substrates with various functional groups. The outstanding performance of the catalyst is primarily attributed to the synergetic catalytic effect between the cobalt nanoparticles and MXene support, while also benefiting from the three-dimensional porous structure. Additionally, a preliminary investigation of potential reaction mechanisms is conducted.

Nanostructures have drawn great attentions for functional device applications. Among the various techniques developed for fabricating arrayed nanostructures of functional materials, nanostructuring technique with porous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) membrane as templates becomes more attractive owing to the superior geometrical characteristics and low-cost preparation process. In this mini review, we summarize our recent progress about functional nanostructuring based on perfectly-ordered AAO membrane to prepare perfectly-ordered nanostructure arrays of functional materials toward constructing high-performance energy conversion and storage devices. By employing the perfectly-ordered AAO membrane as templates, arrayed nanostructures in the form of nanodot, nanorod, nanotube and nanopore have been synthesized over a large area. These as-obtained nanostructure arrays have large specific surface area, high regularity, large-scale implementation, and tunable nanoscale features. All these advanced features enable them to be of great advantage for the performance improvement of energy conversion and storage devices, including photoelectrochemical water splitting cells, supercapacitors, and batteries, etc.

Self-sacrificial templating synthesis of flower-like nickel phyllosilicates and its application as high-performance

摘要: The nanocomposites of flower-like nickel phyllosilicate particles incorporated into epoxy resin were fabricated via an in-situ mixing process. The flower-like nickel phyllosilicate particles were firstly synthesized using a mild self-sacrificial templating method, and the morphology and lamellar structure were examined carefully. Several properties of mechanical, thermal and tribological responses of epoxy nanocomposites were performed. It was demonstrated that adequate flower-like nickel phyllosilicate particles dispersed well in the matrix, and the nanocomposites displayed enhanced tensile strength and elastic modulus but decreased elongation at break as expected. In addition, friction coefficient and wear rate were increased first and then decreased along with the particle content, and showed the lowest values at a mass fraction of 5%. Nevertheless, the incorporated flower-like nickel phyllosilicate particles resulted in the continuously increasing thermal stability of epoxy resin (EP) nanocomposites. This study revealed the giant potential of flower-like particles in preparing high-quality EP nanocomposites.

摘要: The key aim of this study is to evaluate the adsorption of heavy oil from aqueous solutions with different oil contents over mesoporous silicate materials having different surfactant template contents. The mesoporous silicate materials have been synthesized from tetraethylorthosilicate as a silica precursor and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as a template using the sol-gel technique. Four samples were prepared by (1) totally removing the template using the calcination process, (2) partially removing the template via ethanol extraction, (3) partially removing the template via water extraction, and (4) keeping the template as synthesized, respectively. These four samples have been characterized using X-ray diffraction, nitrogen adsorption, thermal gravimetric analysis and Fourier transformed infrared. The effect of the degree of template removal of these mesoporous materials for the oil removal has been investigated. The oil removal is inversely proportional to the surfactant content in the mesoporous material, being highest for the calcined sample but lowest for the as-synthesized sample. The kinetic of oil adsorption over the calcined material has been also studied and the data obtained fit well a second-order model.

Solution properties and self-association of multi-blocks like copolymer P(AM/AA) prepared by template

摘要: The association and properties of multi-block like copolymers (TP) of acrylamide (AM) and acrylic acid (AA) prepared by template copolymerization in aqueous solution were studied. The results showed that the copolymers of this type exhibited a significant structure effect compared with that of similar random copolymers (CP) obtained by copolymerization in the absence of template. Decreasing the value of pH or adding Ca ion to the copolymer solution will make phase separation occur. The TEM images demonstrated that the phase separation caused by Ca ion was due to the formation of extensively intermolecular cross-linking. With the increase of the pH value of copolymer solution, the changes of the solution viscosity was similar with that of homopolyacrylic acid, which originally increased and then decreased. But the increase range of template copolymer was higher than that of homopolyacrylic acid. TEM images indicated that at the maximal viscosity the copolymer obtained in the presence of template formed coiled aggregates.

Preparation of polysulfone-based block copolymer ultrafiltration membranes by selective swelling and sacrificing nanofillers

摘要: Selective swelling of block copolymers of polysulfone-b-poly(ethylene glycol) is an emerging strategy to prepare new types of polysulfone ultrafiltration membranes. Herein, we prepared nanoporous polysulfone-b-poly(ethylene glycol) ultrafiltration membranes by selective swelling and further promoted their porosity and ultrafiltration performances by using CaCO3 nanoparticles as the sacrificial nanofillers. Different contents of CaCO3 nanoparticles were doped into the solution of polysulfone-b-poly(ethylene glycol), and thus obtained suspensions were used to prepare both self-supported and bi-layered composite structures. Selective swelling was performed on the obtained block copolymer structures in the solvent pair of ethanol/acetone, producing nanoporous membranes with poly(ethylene glycol) lined along pore walls. The CaCO3 nanoparticles dispersed in polysulfone-b-poly(ethylene glycol) were subsequently etched away by hydrochloric acid and the spaces initially occupied by CaCO3 provided extra pores to the block copolymer layers. The porosity of the membranes was increased with increasing CaCO3 content up to 41%, but further increase in the CaCO3 content led to partial collapse of the membrane. The sacrificial CaCO3 particles provided extra pores and enhanced the connectivity between adjacent pores. Consequently, the membranes prepared under optimized conditions exhibited up to 80% increase in water permeance with slight decrease in rejection compared to neat membranes without the use of sacrificial CaCO3 particles.

Two-dimensional SnS2 nanosheets on Prussian blue template for high performance sodium ion batteries

摘要: Three-dimensional Prussian blue (PB) nanostructures was obtained via a one-step hydrothermal method. Subsequently, two-dimensional tin disulfide (SnS ) nanosheets were grown onto PB through a facile hydrothermal synthesis. The as prepared SnS /PB is further employed as the anode of sodium ion batteries (SIBs). SnS /PB nanoarchitecture delivers a specific capacity of 725.7 mAh∙g at 50 mA∙g . When put through more than 200 cycles, it achieved a stable cycling capacity of 400 mAh∙g at 200 mA∙g . The stable Na storage properties of SnS /PB was attributed to the synergistic effect among the conductive PB carbon, used as the template in this work. These results obtained potentially paves the way for the development of excellent electrochemical performance with stable performance of SIBs.

摘要: 由于城市化和工业化的快速建设所带来的气体污染,气体传感器受到广泛关注。基于半导体金属氧化物(SMO)的气体传感器具有响应高、重复性好、稳定性好、性价比高等优点,已成为气体传感器领域极其重要的元器件。通常,具有规则结构和可控形态的材料表现出更稳定且可重复的性能。然而,由于微观世界的不可控性,在材料合成过程中纳米材料往往表现出不规则、不均匀等缺点。因此,具有规整结构的一维(1D)结构、二维(2D)结构和三维(3D)结构的气敏材料的合成受到广泛关注。为了定向获得具有理想形貌和尺寸的结构规整的纳米材料,低成本且操作简洁可控的模板辅助合成法是一种非常有效的策略。本文介绍了一维、二维和三维结构的SMO传感器的形貌和性能,讨论了各种形貌对气体传感器性能(响应和稳定性)的影响,为结构稳定、性能优异的气敏材料的合成提供了新的思路。

Photocatalytic activity of ZnO films with micro-grid structure

摘要: A layer of zinc oxide (ZnO) micro-grid was deposited on the surface of ZnO film using the DC reactive magnetron sputtering method and the micro-sphere lithography technique on glass substrates. Samples of this layer were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and ultraviolet-visible light spectroscopy. X-ray diffraction showed the high crystallinity of ZnO film and the regular arrangement of the micro-grid. The micro-grid ZnO has a lower specular reflection and a higher diffuse reflection, allowing incident light to reflect two or three times to enhance the usage of light. Photocatalytic degradation experiments on methylene blue using both ZnO micro-grid and ordinary film showed that the ZnO micro-grid has better photocatalytic properties than ordinary film. The ZnO micro-grid enhanced the photocatalytic efficiency of ZnO film by 28% with a degradation time of 300min.

一种基于特征模板和CNN-BiLSTM-CRF的网络安全实体识别方法 Research Papers

摘要: 利用海量网络安全威胁情报数据,构建网络安全知识图谱实施深度关联分析和挖掘,可帮助识别安全威胁并提出相应防御措施。这已成为网络安全领域研究热点。本文针对网络安全文本数据,研究实体识别算法,为构建网络安全知识图谱奠定基础。传统方法难以识别网络安全领域的新实体、中英文混合安全实体等,且提取的特征不够充分。本文在神经网络模型基础上,提出基于特征模板的CNN-BiLSTM-CRF网络安全实体识别算法。首先构建人工特征模板,提取局部上下文特征。再利用CNN提取字符特征,与局部上下文特征结合,传入BiLSTM模型提取语义特征。最后利用CRF对安全实体进行标注。结果表明,在大规模网络安全数据集上,该方法优于其它算法,F值达到86%。

Templated synthesis of urchin-like zinc oxide particles by micro-combustion

摘要: Micro-combustion initiated by dielectric barrier discharge plasma has been applied for the removal of carbon template to prepare urchin-like ZnO particles. The combustion is operated at atmospheric pressure and low gas temperature (less than 150 °C), and the template is fully decomposed and rapidly removed. The obtained urchin-like ZnO possesses two distinct morphologies: nanosheets and sub-micro rods. The unique morphologies form on ZnO hexagonal nuclei with the template effect of activated carbon.

Template-free synthesis of hierarchically macro-mesoporous Mn-TiO

摘要: This study described a template-free method for the synthesis of hierarchically macro-mesoporous Mn-TiO catalysts. The promoting effect of Mn doping and the hierarchically macro-mesoporous architecture on TiO based catalysts was also investigated for the selective reduction of NO with NH . The results show that the catalytic performance of TiO based catalysts was improved greatly after Mn doping. Meanwhile, the Mn-TiO catalyst with the hierarchically macro-mesoporous architecture has a better catalytic activity than that without such an architecture.

Characterization and catalytic activity of soft-templated NiO-CeO

摘要: Nanosized NiO, CeO and NiO-CeO mixed oxides with different Ni/Ce molar ratios were prepared by the soft template method. All the samples were characterized by different techniques as to their chemical composition, structure, morphology and texture. On the catalysts submitted to the same reduction pretreatment adopted for the activity tests the surface basic properties and specific metal surface area were also determined. NiO and CeO nanocrystals of about 4 nm in size were obtained, regardless of the Ni/Ce molar ratio. The Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results proved the formation of defective sites at the NiO-CeO interface, where Ni species are in strong interaction with the support. The microcalorimetric and Fourier transform infrared analyses of the reduced samples highlighted that, unlike metallic nickel, CeO is able to effectively adsorb CO , forming carbonates and hydrogen carbonates. After reduction in H at 400 °C for 1 h, the catalytic performance was studied in the CO and CO co-methanation reaction. Catalytic tests were performed at atmospheric pressure and 300 °C, using CO/CO /H molar compositions of 1/1/7 or 1/1/5, and space velocities equal to 72000 or 450000 cm ∙h ∙g . Whereas CO was almost completely hydrogenated in any investigated experimental conditions, CO conversion was strongly affected by both the CO/CO /H ratio and the space velocity. The faster and definitely preferred CO hydrogenation was explained in the light of the different mechanisms of CO and CO methanation. On a selected sample, the influence of the reaction temperature and of a higher number of space velocity values, as well as the stability, were also studied. Provided that the Ni content is optimized, the NiCe system investigated was very promising, being highly active for the CO co-methanation reaction in a wide range of operating conditions and stable (up to 50 h) also when submitted to thermal stress.
